Ghana and Juventus star Kwadwo Asamoah has accepted an offer to join Serie giants Inter Milan according to reports in the Italian media.
It’s reported that the Juventus left wing-back Kwadwo Asamoah has accepted a move to Inter, agreeing in principle on a three-year contract.
The Ghanaian, who can also play in midfield, will be out of contract on June 30 and it appears he has not agreed on a renewal with the Bianconeri.
Asamoah was heavily linked with Galatasaray in the summer, but Corriere dello Sport is now reporting that he has agreed a deal with the Nerazzurri.
The newspaper believes he has agreed on a three-year contract, with a salary of around €3m, not including bonuses.
Ghana haven’t qualified for the World Cup, so Asamoah will be available for pre-season training straight away.
Tuttosport has also reported that the 29-year-old will also get €300,000 in bonuses which will be intrinsically linked with the number of games an results.
Asamoah's rather fine career has been ravaged by recurrent injuries, largely affecting his influence in the team.
AS Roma and AC Milan are also keeping tabs on the situation.
