Ghanaian striker Kwesi Appiah found the back of the net in AFC Wimbledon's vital away win against Wycombe in the English League One on Saturday afternoon.
The 28-year-old, who had been out of action for three weeks due to injury, netted the opening goal for Wimbledon in the 29th minute with a superb volley from close range.
This was after he had a goal disallowed as Wimbledon player was adjudged to have fouled his opponent prior to Appiah scoring.
Jake Jervis scored in added time of second half to extend the lead before Wycombe grabbed a consolation through Nigerian forward Fred Onyedinma.
The goal was Appiah's third of the season.
