Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Real Valladolid centre-back Mohammed Salisu.
Salisu has formed a key part of Valladolid’s defence this season, making 27 appearances in Spain’s top flight.
According to AS, United are considering a possible signing of the 21-year-old Ghanaian International who reportedly has a €12m (£10.5m) release clause in his current contract.
The report claims that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s side could face stiff competition for Salisu’s signature, with Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid both keeping a close eye on developments.
Salisu’s current deal with the La Liga outfit is set to expire at the end of the 2021-22 season.
Valladolid lie 15th in the table amid the coronavirus postponement.
