Two women who suspect the Electoral Commission boss could rig the election for President Mahama stormed the Bantama constituency office of the New Patriotic Party in Kumasi to invoke curses on Charlotte Osei.
Although there were some NPP officials at the office, the masked women were not restrained from using the party’s office for their intention.
Clad in red and white apparel, the women covered their faces with what looks like plantain leaves.
Holding bottles of schnapps, the women warned that if Mrs. Charlotte Osei dares and tampers with the elections results to favour the president, two of her family members in addition to the husband will die.
Immediately after they were done with their exercise, the two hopped into a waiting vehicle and moved away, Akoma FM’s Antwi Boasiako reports.
This does not appear surprising to many following the numerous misgivings expressed by the opposing NPP in the run-up to the December 7 general elections.
