Private legal practitioner, lawyer Maurice Ampaw says CEO of Menzgold Nana Appiah Mensah may die soon.
According to him, the embattled CEO does not look like someone in good health and that his state of health keeps deteriorating each day.
Speaking on Okay FM’s 'Ade Akye Abia' program, he explained that Nana Appiah Mensah was forced to hold the press conference to let it look like all is well.
"His press conference looked like somebody who was writing his will and can assure you that Nana Appiah Mensah is dying slowly . . . It is very unfortunate that things are turning out this way, but anyone with a medical and spiritual eye can attest to what I am saying," Lawyer Ampaw stated.
NAM 1 on Monday, held a press conference in Accra to update customers of the embattled gold dealership company, where he appealed to government to assist his company retrieve debts owed them by Dubai-based Horizon Royal Diamond.
“We at Menzgold are committed and do express our willingness to service our debts portfolios to our customers and business associates as soon as we can with a given opportunity.
“We respectfully pray the Ghanaian authorities to cooperate with us to achieve the following; to assist us to make a full recovery of the amount owed Menzgold by Horizon Royal Diamond in Dubai," he said.
But the private legal practitioner who pooh-poohed on the press conference, further alleged that Nana Appiah was rushed to the hospital immediately after his press conference with blood clots in his pelvis.
