NDC communication team “disowns” Sam George

Deputy Communication Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kwaku Boahene, has asserted that the party’s parliamentary candidate for Ningo -Prampram, Sam George is not a party communicator and that the public should not take his views as that of the party.

Speaking on Atinka FM’s AM Drive on Tuesday in Accra, Mr Boahen stressed “even though Sam George is a presidential staffer and a party faithful, he is not a certified party communicator so his comments are his personal views and not that of the party.”

According to him, only statements made by recognized party communicators should be taken as the NDC’s position and advised that any other person purporting to speak for the party should be disregarded.

Kweku Boahene was responding to claims by Sam George that RLG had refunded all illegal payments with interests to government. The claims have turned out to be false.
