Nana Addo’s reshuffle is like transferring a drunkard - A Plus

Controversial New Patriotic Party (NPP) member, Kwame A Plus has likened President Akufo-Addo’s recent reshuffle to transferring a drunkard.

The musician told host of the Gold Power Drive, Samuel Eshun he expected the affected Minister’s to be sacked and not moved to other ministries.

He mentioned the Ministers of Health, Food and Agriculture and Sanitation and Water Resources as Ministers he expected to be sacked.

Out of the three, only the Sanitation Minister, Kofi Adda was affected in a manner which has been interpreted as a reward after being moved to the Aviation Ministry whiles Dr. Afriyie Akoto who is in charge of Agric and his colleague Health Minister, Dr. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu remain untouched.

Whiles Kwame A Plus thinks the Health Minister, Dr. Kwaku Agyemang-Manu has failed, he scored the man in charge of Agric, Dr. Afriyie Akoto “zero” and believes the two men should not be in office.

He accused the now Aviation Minister, Kofi Adda of exhibiting a gross misunderstanding of the Sanitation Ministry created by President Akufo-Addo to deal with the deplorable filth situation in the country.

“Accra is dirty and the Minister says I am not here to collect ‘borla’ (refuse); the Sanitation Ministry for instance, nothing to write home,” he said.

Kwame A Plus also stated his dissatisfaction with the reshuffle undertaken by President Akufo-Addo saying “If you transfer a drunkard, you only change his drinking.”
