Agent of Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey, Daniel Jimenez has revealed that he has not held talks with any clubs over a summer move for his client.
Reports are rife in the World media that Inter Milan and several top clubs are eyeing Partey but his representative stressed that no approach has been made.
“I can say that right now, I haven’t talked to anyone, even if Inter are a top club,” Jimenez told Passione Inter.
“There’s a 50m release clause in his contract, a figure that’s cheap for a player like Thomas.
“We’ll wait for the season to end and then we’ll see.”
Partey has been Atletico Madrid’s main man in midfield this season playing 31 La Liga games, scoring thrice and providing four assists.
