John Dramani Mahama hosted Dr Terrance Michael Drew at the Jubilee House
On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, President John Dramani Mahama officially welcomed the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Michael Drew, at the Jubilee House.
Dr Drew arrived in the country on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, with his wife for a four-day state visit.
He was warmly received by Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa; the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Abla Dzifa Gomashie, alongside other members of the government.

The two leaders held productive bilateral talks focused on strengthening diplomatic ties, expanding trade and investment and deepening cooperation between Ghana and St Kitts and Nevis.
In his address at the Jubilee House, he disclosed that President John Dramani Mahama’s address at the United Nations General Assembly in 2025 inspired him to visit Ghana.
“There are a lot of speeches given at the UN General Assembly, but I particularly listened to your speech, and your speech inspired me.
"I told my team that I wanted to meet you. And I'm not only meeting you, but you have welcomed me. Thank you very much," he noted.
