As the International break approaches Ghanaian players abroad will be hoping their performances will impress the technical team of the Black Stars.

William Owusu scored his seventh goal of the season for Royal Antwerp against KAS Eupen in the Belgium League over the weekend.

Bernard Mensah has also been ruled out for a month after sustaining a collarbone injury whilst playing for Kayserispor in the Turkish SupaLig. The on-loan Atletico Madrid midfielder picked the injury in the 33rd minute of the match against Besiktas at the Kadir Has Stadium.

Jeffrey Schlupp is having one of his best seasons at Crystal Palace as he lasted the entire duration against Burnley in their 3-1 win

In the Premier League, Jeffrey Schlupp continued with his impressive display for Crystal Palace in their 3-1 win over Burnley in the Premier League. Schlupp played the full throttle for his club whilst fellow compatriot Jordan Ayew was unused substitute in the game

Joe Dodo was introduced into the game in the 75th minute for Blackpool as they lost heavily to Bristol Rovers by 4-0

In League Two, Hiram Boateng played 23 minutes for Exeter City in their 1-0 defeat by Tranmere

Koby Arthur lasted 79th minutes as Macclesfield Town lost the game by 3-0 against Bury. Enock Andoh was left out of Macclesfield matchday squad.
