The Ghana youth international has earned praise from his head coach after an explosive performance on full Bundesliga debut.
Red Bull Salzburg manager Jesse Marsch has lauded the qualities of Majeed Ashimeru following his output in their 5-1 away victory over WSG Swarovski Tirol on Saturday.
The 21-year-old registered his first goal for the Red and White lads to propel them to a heavy away win in the Austrian Bundesliga.
"We have a super team. Many players have performed well especially Albert and Majeed were great" Manager Marsch said after the game.
The Ghana U23 midfielder has made four appearances for the Austrian giants this season with a goal and assist to his credit.
Ashimeru returned to Red Bull Salzburg this season after an explosive loan stint with Swiss side FC St. Gallen last season.
