Ghana international Jordan Ayew is arguably Crystal Palace’s star player at the moment and rightfully so with his current exploits in the Premier League.
Ayew scored his third goal of the season in Palace’s 2-1 victory over West Ham United over the weekend to secure those much-needed three points.
His strike found the back of the net in the 87th minute which enabled Palace to move up fourth on the Premier League log.
Ayew now has three goals in his last six Premier League appearances, as many as he had in his previous 32 in the competition.
He is two goals better than his tally for the whole of last season.
His three goals this term also represent 37.5% of Palace’s total goals (eight) in the top-flight this season.
