MyNewsGh.com sources have confirmed that Upper East Regional Minister, Rockson Ayine Bukari is among the casualties in the looming reshuffle to be made public by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo either later today August 8, 2018 or early tomorrow morning.
This portal is gathering that Ghana’s Ambassador to Italy, Ms Paulina Tangoba Abayage would be recalled to take up the position if what we are gathering is maintained.
Our sources indicate that the president was not enthused with Mr Rockson Bukari’s handling of the region when he went on a recent regional tour which could be part of the reasons he has been axed from this administration.
It is gathered that things were poorly organized and his continuous stay in the region could spell doom for the electoral fortunes of the party.
Meanwhile, unconfirmed reports suggest that 6 Deputy Ministers will pack bag and baggage out of government as part of the president resolve to cut down the number of Ministers from 110.
MyNewsGh.com is keenly following and will update its readers on the names of affected Deputy Ministers, their Ministries and more.
