The former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GPNC), Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata appeared before an Accra Fast Track High Court on Wednesday.
The case was however adjourned to the 18th of February, 2004, pending the outcome of a Supreme Court Ruling on an application of “No Case” filed by Mr. Tsikata.
Mr. Tsikata earlier lost an application of “No Case” he filed at the Fast Track High Court, presided over by Mrs. Henrietta Aban, and also lost that of the Appeal Court. The outcome of the supreme court ruling on whether Mr. Tsikata has a case to answer or not would determine his fate, in the substantial charge of causing financial loss to the state preferred against him.
