VGMA 19: I’ve not been arrested – Stonebwoy clears the air after pulling gun

Musician Stonebwoy has said he has not been arrested by the police after he pulled a shogun on stage at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

There was a scuffle between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale’s team after the latter crashed the former’s acceptance speech.

Stonebwoy, in a tweet earlier today, was pictured with the police service.

Even though there has not been any major report of his arrest, he claims he has not been arrested, adding that the situation has been calmed by the Counter-Terrorism Commander of the police service.

“Kindly help me thank the Ghana police force..for keeping situations calmer and at all cost ensured my safety up until I entered my gates.

I was never arrested whatsoever as some media reporters have it!!

Thanks to the counter-terrorism commander and his team..,” he tweeted.
