WAFA prodigy Richard Danso is close to joining Tunisian giants Etoile du Sahel despite spending weeks at Club Africain, GHANAsoccernet.com can disclose.
Danso arrived in the north African country in November 2018 over a possible move to Club Africain and had training sessions with them.
He was expected to sign for the Bertrand Marchand-coached side but there is has been a twist.
The 18 year-old striker has now attracted interest from Etoile du Sahel who are keen to snatch Danso from the noses of their rivals.
Esperance de Tunis are also reportedly interested in securing the signature of the talented footballer.
Danso is a key member of the Ghana U20 team. He scored twice to aid the Black Satellites to book their place in the 2019 U20 AFCON.
He also played a significant role for Ghana at the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup in India.
