The manager of a savings and loans company in Nkawkaw, in the Eastern Region, has been captured on video physically assaulting a female employee.
A report by Onua FM described how chaos broke out within the company's office following a heated argument between the manager and the employee.
The host of Onua Maakye, Captain Smart, reported that the manager insulted the female employee about her appearance during the altercation.
The employee allegedly retorted, "If that is what you say I am, then I am also prettier than your wife," a remark that incensed the manager.
A video reviewed by GhanaWeb captured the furious manager landing punches on the employee, who tried to shield herself by covering her head.
The report also stated that colleagues who attempted to intervene and stop the assault were attacked by the irate manager.
