Mavis Hawa Koomson, Minister for Fisheries and Acquaculture
Various candidates who will be contesting in the December 7, general elections have intensified their campaign activities with barely four months to the polls.
As has been characteristic of the campaign, politicians do all manner of things to endear themselves to the electorate and seek for their votes.
A video posted on social media platform, X, by EDHUB, shows the Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East, Mavis Hawa Koomson in a jeans shorts and red lacoste shirt 'hawking' water melon with some constituents following her and some picking the sliced fruit from a pan on her head.
It is unclear what the motive was for her action.
But in the past, we've seen some politicians visiting the homes of constituents to help them wash and cook in a bid to get their votes during election.
