West Brom manager Tony Pulis is interested in signing Barnsley defender Andy Yiadom as he seeks to strengthen the side's defensive ranks.
The 25-year-old, who is on the radar of Swansea City and Huddersfield Town, has emerged strongly on the radar of the Baggies.
The £2.5m rated full-back has caught the eye of Albion and now head coach Tony Pulis wants to add him to the defensive ranks to compete with Allan Nyom and Craig Dawson at right-back.
The Mirror says Albion technical director Nicky Hammond was watching the 25-year-old in action on Tuesday when Barnsley beat Burton 4-2.
The Ghana international's contract at Oakwell runs out in the summer and he has recently rejected a new deal.
He joined the Tykes from Barnet on a free transfer in 2016.
Albion will face competition from Swansea and Huddersfield, the latter saw a deal for the defender fall through in the summer.
