“We want to look at the contracts again…we want to look at what went into it, like the payment schedule and if government has not been able to fulfil its part of the schedule or if the contractors were not able to complete on time.”

The deputy minister assured that monies owed some contractors will be paid immediately their contracts are reviewed by the government.

“Some of them have submitted their certificates and I believe that very soon some of them will receive their payment.”
