  Pay the contractors and stop useless propaganda exercise. All projects went through the procurement process are guided by the procurement laws the standard contractual terms and conditions. The only reason for such an exercise is political and not addressing huge indebtedness to the suffering contractors. Pay and stop the useless noise

While you are at this, why don't you also review the debts Kuffour regime left behind for NDC government to pay? It makes no sense to believe that the government in power should pay all debts before it leaves office.
