Woyongo’s vehicle knocks down woman in Navrongo

The official vehicle of Interior Minister Mark Woyongo has knocked down an old woman in Navrongo in the Upper East region, Starr News has learnt.

The Toyota V8 land-cruiser was being driven by Mr Woyongo himself.

The victim, who was returning from church on a motorbike, has currently been rushed to the Bawku Presbyterian Hospital for treatment, Starr News’ Edward Adeti has reported.

The Kassena-Nankana Police commander ASP Latif Mbonwura has confirmed the incident to Starr News.
