de lady in question is NOT an old lady as it's bn reported.
she was taken to Navrongo hosp first n was later referred to Bawku bcos she had a fractured leg.
they were 3 ladies each on a motor bike who had closed from church n were branching to de filling station presumably to buy fuel. de first lady showed indication of entering de station, de second did same. de third did not so when de minister attempted to over take her, she all of a sudden curved to follow de other two at which time de minister cld not help but to knok her. de luck was dat he wasn't speeding if not it wld hv bn a different story.
na who cause sam, de minister or de lady?
as at now de minister's car is packed at police station. he insisted dat de car b packed there for de necessary investigations to b conducted.
