  Most of the Ghanaian pilot are in a bad shape. about 80% don't have a job. I blame the GCAA officials. they allow the white people to bring their fleets together with their foreign pilots to come here and fly for their experiences. We don't have a national airline so where do the local pilots go to get their experiences.
