  how can the government allow these companies to operate with out conditions. this is a clear case of corruption. mishandling of funds. and blatant negligence of the people. this is why Africans needs to do business with each other country to country. not with the Europeans or Americans. and dont trust the Chinese either. just being robbed by crooks
