  Good amendment if implemented well. The amendment should specifically exclude armed robberies and other violent acts. The term armed robbery can be very expansive, so a lot of thought should go into drafting the amendment. And the civic society should be on board. We need such persons to clean the streets of the major cities. And by the way, they’ll still have to wear their jumpsuits to show that they have been convicted of a crime.

  King! Dont know that Government is spending a lot on sanitation, so prisoners are right tools for this communities services to avoid this corruption on sanitation
