  Imagine this man calling himself an economist. Chinese businesses are killing our factories and causing unemployment. The local industries are dying thanks to ibeciles like this Ofori Atta who need the Chinese loans to pay themselves. Now all the small local businesses are closing because of competition from the Chinese and this fool still needs more Chinese presence. They are into Palm Oil Production, Gari, Fishing, retails, Bars and in every corner. How can the local businesses survive?

  This is damage control. The government, in begging for IMF fund, sold its conscience to please American by insulting against the interest of China. Ghana's reprehensible stance against Russia and the Palestinian people. Ghana is also indebted to China and it's suffering from that indiscretion. Ofori Atta is doing damage control for debt relief from China.
