  So who is now managing/mismanaging the Ghanaian economy? IMF, Ken Ofori-Atta or Dr. Alhaji Bawuliar? All they think about is macro-economic matrix which will make the books of the country look good. But what about households at the micro level who are suffocating and can't afford to feed their families under this excruciating economic circumstances? Akufo-Addo-Bawuliar government is a disaster.
