What stupid investigations went on for this officer to be arraigned before the court. I am sure if he was a police officer, this nonsense would have been still under investigations. Please stop the court case and release the man immediately. How many immigration officers were killed for performing the same duty last year. This is ridiculous.

Nonsense at apex level state. This officer did the right thing. Most motorcycle riders are highly motivated criminals. They curve around, looking for opportunities to rape, robb and the like. Evening time they go round without lights front and rear, no plate, no number. Criminals die hard. Use Colt 45 Magnum.
