What is special about the E blocks that you are talking about? Most of them were sited in the bush and what nonsense is this. Adutwum is right on point
One is situated in the bush two miles away from Pokukrom on Sunyani- Kumasi highway and it has become a problem for students to access the school

Before land became scarce schools, churches and cemeteries were sited at the outskirts of town. To ensure pupils and students stayed in class to study. Towns expand to meet schools, churches and cemeteries.
If your idea was to add further features to make them functional, why complain when the minister says those without those features cannot be used in the mean time?
Kudos for enlightening ignorant Minister of Miseducation. Other former Ministers must boldly come out to defend NDC policies.
