  My Brother, last year 2023, ECG organized about three field operations and indeed were visible all over in the effort of offering you a better service.
  This operation for 2024 is to capture customer details, capture devices and equipment to make sure they are in good working condition meeting industry standard and replace faulty ones.
  Ensure that you make good your financial obligations where need be.
  The data they collect goes a long way to offer you convenience.
  ECG really means they have gone digital ampa.

  Why all this harassments from ECG ? How many times will ECG go round checking meters ? Not long ago ECG embarked on similar exercise twice. ECG has been sending outrageous postpaid bills that represent estimates because they claim they don't have enough meter readers. How do you bill customers whose monthly consumption has all along been Ghc52 with an outrageous bill of over Gh1,000 when tot don't bring monthly bills, but pile up bills for three months ? In Ketu North and South ECG is covering it's inefficiency and azar ways by billing customers with outrageous bills.
  Time for the MD to resign. He has messed up.

You too are cheating us by calibrating your own meters yourself without verification that by law is an offence. I can say on authority that all ECG meters being installed have not been verified by the GSA. A very serious offence for cheating. Over to you GSA.....

  1. Planned and 2. Unplanned. With planned outages the service provider gives you prior notice as required by law. Unplanned happen without notice and take for example, a vehicle, it goes faulty without notice and leaves you halfway through your journey. does that mean you should insult. for all you forgot to put fuel into the tank.
  If you have a genuine case take it through the appropriate channels and seek redress, insults does not solve issues.
  As for debt once owed, you have to pay up.

What about those of us who have been Loyal and PAID in Advance ( Pre-paid ) before you ECG walk into our Home's ( November 2023 ) and Changed the METERS . The CREDIT WE/I had on my PRE-PAID ACCOUNT has still Not BEEN Debited to my account. When is ECG ( PRAMPRAM DISTRICT ) going to Give Back to me almost (GHc480.00 ) which was on
  my Previous Meter , Not to mention the Amount of Food I Lost plus my 65 inches Phillips TV which is now Burnt Out due to Excessive Power Fluctuations. ECG I need some Resolution with these issues asap . Thanks for your time.

  They should provide meters and stop frustrating people who have applied for meters. The delays and cost for meters are too high. Provide and there will be better compliance.
