  I disagree with you on this one. The AG has a duty to be diligent in whatever he does. If the AG's so called mistakes ended up embarrassing and causing harm to a fellow Ghanaian, why should you be allowed to go unpunished? The AG operates within the laws of the country, and can not be a super human whose can not be sued if goes wrong. He should have known the potential effects of the prosecution on the ACP. Some of these prosecutions are targeted at opponents, and to settle scores. The AG himself admitted there was a defect in their case against the man, but he still went ahead with the prosecution. These things must stop. The way to stop it, is to sue for malicious prosecutions

  it will be waste of time to do that now. at best he should wait whenever there is reasonable leadership that will be interested in fairness and justice
