  Yes they have been in existence since independence but a company cannot float share if its articles of Incorporation does not permit it so for your information PBC was listed on GSE on 17/5/2000 since 2013/2014 2014/ 2015 it has not been able to pay dividends because of its precarious financial predicament Usingv51.7% Of earnings to service interest on loans
  And I hope in 2000 up 2015 The current President you want to cause mischief was the President of Ghana.
