  We all know how Baker-Vormawor untruth outburst got him where he found himself today but, we should not also turn our blind eye or earl away from the facts he just summarized, a normal Ghanaian syndrome . these facts are injustice against humanity and it's clued.
  I think we need to demonstrate for amnesty for each and everyone in Ghana's prisons for no representation convictions. It is the soo responsibility of the state to provide any accused person an attorney if they can't afford themself. this is just the begining.

  It is only in Ghana that the law is twisted to the disadvantage of the accused. Internationally the accused is innocent until proven guilty but in Ghana the accused is guilty until proven innocent in court of law .

  What kind of law do we practice in Ghana? The accused are subject to beatings, torture, maltreatment and other forms of treatment while their cases are still pending before the courts . The police subject suspects to severe beatings in order to obtain information which are used to prosecute them . Suspects are denied their Miranda rights and this fragrant violation of their rights is tolerated by the courts
  It is time human rights lawyers expose some of the ills in our judicial system and right the wrongs in the system.

  Does it make sense to expect a first class judicial system in a third world country for alleged crimnals, when school kids are learning under trees and hospitals don't have enough beds?
