There is a government establishment in Ghana and there is a retired military officer who's is a 70plus years but still greedly working and preventing the young ones from working.
THAT LAW IS OBSOLETE AND NEEDS A REVIEW TO PEG MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE IN GHANA AT AGE 72, ALTHOUGH AFTER AGE 62, WORKERS CAN ON THEIR OWN QUALIFY TO APPLY FOR VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT. THAT IS HOW WE DO IT IN AMERICA.
