  To those who may not know, when going for a tournament and a budget is arrived at, Its not handed over to the Team that is the Ghana Football Association. There are at least two officers from the Ministry of sports one of whom should be a certified Accountant. And because of the Mallam Issa case, approved money is sent to the Ghanaian Embassy from where the Ministry officials would do withdrawals and purchases when necessary. Hon Ablakwa should tonne down and do proper research before he makes public his fin. The last time he came out that the head of the Ghana Revenue Authority has left Ghana with his entire family because of z probe but it came out false.
