  This is irrelevant and doesn't solve any problems. What about similar drivers doing so in other cities? How often can the IGP do that public show? Why didn't he cause the arrest of the offending drivers? Why didn't he call for the demotion of the head of the MTTD in the area for negligence? The IGP must go to the same road today to find out if the drivers learnt any lessons. Waste of time

  This is not job of IGP.The fact is all that IGP needs to is to hold the regional motor division responsible.The motor unit commander is the one who have his men out there.IGp saw what was going there and he has to wonder how much is MTU making only on spinters road which if the police has been efficient could have generated a sizable amount for the unit or the government.Unfortunately all the fines a payed as bribes.Until IGP start to hold his commanders resonsible with suspensions and even demotions,nothing can change.

  What is wrong, if the IGP decides to observe the situation at Spintex Road traffic congestion. He is not supposed to sit in the office and solve the problem.
