  They are suppose to finish a 500meter and move to the next 500meter. They instead scrap the whole town before the next stage.

  I use the road very frequent and am just wondering the driver who will speed on such uneven/rough road with slow traffic. Visibility is very bad due to the dust. Dust related diseases is like to increase especially among the road workers and those who travel the road every. Mr Engineer on your next visit roll your car window glass down while driving at the slow speed you are recommending....maybe that will let you appreciate the dusty situation.
