Apart from the pressure exerted on coaches for player selections, how do u expect these chaps to give their all in all in the pitch when they know very well that officials who are not anywhere closer to the pitch are taken 10X of their bonuses in these same players names? You give player 5 cedis and take 50 cedis and lump all that in the budget! How will they be motivated to play? Also,how do u bench players who struggled to qualify for the team for the tournament and rely on external players who have less play time in their clubs?AFCON is a serious game and must be taken as such!
