This is the reason why we will never develop. The citizens must be taught to report such people with hard evidence and return the money back to the government. Now Mr. Mahama is teaching the citizens to be unpatriotic and condone evil or help in breaking the law. Those who take the money must remember that the same money they are taking and spending would have been the money to build hospitals to cure them of their diseases, build roads for them, build schools and create decent living conditions for them. This advice coming from a former president of the land shows how sick we have become as a country and how far we are away from the very principles of probity and accountability.
