  Ghana has borrowed billions of dollars for road infrastructure but nothing to show for it. It is absolutely madness at this age our highways are single lane roads. All the residential areas in the capital city Accra are engulfed with dust. Dust are rock particles and contains one or more minerals and the citizens are inhaling into their lungs because of NPP and NDC, all are criminal enterprise especially NPP.
