Then he followed the high contract sums by signing take or pay PPAs which made the power overcapacity unattractive for neighbouring nations because of very high tariffs. For those high pricea we pay over USD500m annually for power we do not consume. In his second coming he will give all mineral reserves to his family at no charge, just like he did in January 2017. Mahama is just a nuclear bomb, so all must run away from him.
