How stupid are you and all who are insulting a fellow who has expressed his opinion on ACP Agodzo's outburst! Don't you people, including ACP Agodzo know that a suspect is put on trial? Dr. Agodzo should know better because he is a police officer. It's up to the accused to defend himself well to merit acquittal. Is he the only person found as suspect but discharged? What does he want to achieve by accusing and attacking people? And we have nonentities insulting someone who disagree with him. These same people wanted Madam Cecilia Dapaah to be in jail but when the case had a different turn accused government and other law enforcement agencies of connivance. Is the woman not a human being like Agodzo? We must continue to deal with law in the country and not public opinion.

One key reason why this Country can never deal with the problem of corruption and institutional malpractices is simply because we have a very selective justice system. We have a justice system that is largely bias towards the less previlage and poor. We have a justice system that allows top politicians and public servants to act with brazen impunity unchecked. This allows for targeted victimization of subordinates by superiors who are holding state law hostage and know absolutely nothing will happen to them. After all, they have the affluence and influence to commit heinous crimes against fellow citizens but conceal these offences that blatantly infringe on the rights of others through compromises. I thought it was only in the public sector where people in position of authority and responsibility behave as though government organizations are their private corporate entities with self entitlement. It becomes a very big problem for the victim if law enforcement agencies like the Courts, CHRAJ and NLA can bite in the midst of these targeted victimization and persecution of subordinates perceived to be whistleblowers by corrupt top public officials and politicians alike. ACP Agordzo is educating the public out of very painful experience of what it means to be a victim by the routine habit of blackmail, fabrication and damage of subordinates by superiors in our institutions of governance in typical instances of personal vendetta which has absolutely nothing to do with professionalism, competence and conduct per ethics. One of the best Human Rights Lawyers in this Country Francis Xavier Sosu suffered this when his licence was confiscated and readily reverse the grave injustice done to him thankfully because he is a professional lawyer and very good
one of course. There is a case currently in the High Court (Human Rights Court 2) between one Dr. Francis Ibrahim and the Ghana Health Service represented by the Attorney General which has been pending since 2012 currently at trial stage. This case involve Alban Bagbin the Right Honourable Speaker of Ghana's Parliament who authorized the unlawful dismissal of the Doctor in 2012 that kept him out of work for six(6) good years. Very callous and extremely malicious damaging fabrications were engineered against the doctor to have him dismissed on the basis of a mental illness. Before the last adjourned date of Court hearing some prominent chiefs from the Upper West Region we're send to compel him to withdraw the case or suffer further consequences. He also received death threats in which references were made to Mr. Alban Bagbin by the interlocutors. The Attorney General subsequently brought a letter to the High Court in November 2023 claiming they don't have a lawyer to continue with the cross examination of Dr. Francis as the Plaintiff. Their plead was granted and the case adjourned to February 2024. The next week, in early December, Dr. Divine Banyugbala formally suspended the license of Dr. Francis on the basis of same issues that are before the High Court (Human Rights Division) yet to be determined. Dr. Divine Banyugbala is a party to the case in three instances:one as the Registrar of the Ghana Medical and Dental Council who previously authored a medical report and falsely implicated Dr. Francis which is being used as key document (evidence) against the Plaintiff by the Defendant (Ghana Health Service) and Defense Lawyer (Attorney General). Secondly, he is also the Head of the Medicolegal Unit of Ghana Health Service, the Defendant in the case. Thirdly, the Ghana Medical and Dental Council is an agency under the Ministry of Health with a former Health Minister, Honourable Alban Bagbin who have been cited in Court documents as part of evidence presented to the Court in his role in the dismissal of the Plaintiff from work in 2012. It is only in Ghana where a regulatory body will usurp the powers of the High Court despite not even having powers close to even a lower court like the Magistrate or Circuit Court. The AG Lawyer told a bold lie in insinuating the license of the Plaintiff was suspended. The Plaintiff proved with cogent evidence in Court the claims by the Defense Lawyer were false. To lend credence and enhance the claims, case of the Defendant (Ghana Health Service), Dr. Divine Banyugbala who is an employee of the Defendant will engage in this crass illegality of suspending the Plaintiff license iusing his position as the Registrar of the Ghana Medical and Dental Council on the same issues yet to be determined by the High Court. Amazing!!!

Most of this young doctor's problems boils down to envy and the fact that he refuses to be corrupt. I can personally testify that he is damn good, truthful and honest. I don't want to sound tribalistic but we Northerners have a very big problem. The doctor I lend petitioned the Director General of Ghana Health Service complaining about abuse and maltreatment by Superiors. He had series of allowances denied him with promotions withheld who was doing everything to force him out for no crime committed. Why should a petition to the leadership of the Ghana Health Service result in suspension of his license? Dr. Divine I have been reliably informed is a Practicing Lawyer and a Law Lecturer in Ghana's premium law school, University of Ghana Law School. Are we safe in the Country?

Most of the people involved in the persecution and damage of Dr. Francis are Marshallans. Honourable Alban Bagbin, Dr. Margaret Chebere( former Human Resource Director) whom I have been reliably information influenced Alban Bagbin to authorized the dismissal of Dr. Francis who is actually related to him are with the Knight of. Marshalls. Dr. Paul Ntodi and notably Dr. Richard Anthony his superiors in the Western who caused his dismissal are also with the Knight of Marshalls. Dr. Divine Banyugbala we all know is an active and proud member of the Knight of Marshalls both in his local parish in Saboba and Accra. His actions, hatred and aggression towards Dr.Francis solely with intention of inflicting pain and damage him in the process is just because he wants to be in solidarity fight in support of Marshallans who persecuted and destroyed Dr. Francis and are unwilling to accept fault and calm for forgiveness for all the evil and wicked things they did to him. No wonder some of them are battling for their lives with illnesses. The law of Kama works and Dr. Divine will soon have his shear sooner or later. This is also why many charismatics say the Catholic Church is into the practice of Occultism. The behavior of members of the Knight of Marshalls or Saint Johns is not different from the Freemasons or Odd Fellows. In fact, most of them also belong to these societies which are all occultic and demonic. As a secret society they see themselves as a special breed of humanbeings. They gang up against you once you have a problem
with one of their members, irrespective whether that member is at fault or not. You. can be a blood relation or best friend, a Marshallan will not hesitate to turn against you once you have a problem with his lodge brother or sister. This is the problem with Dr. Divine Banyugbala who incidentally know Dr. Francis very well he is maltreating, dehumanising and torturing. It is not just because he is a Sadist. It goes beyond that to allegiance to a secret cult he owns gratitude to for putting where he is today.

Massa, we've had enough of your holier-than-thou talk! You're not the first person in Ghana to have gone through prosecution and got acquitted. Some were even suffered 14 years of jail time before getting acquitted, yet we never heard them jumping from one media house to another in self-righteous glorification. You were a suspect in that coup plot and that's why you were arrested and prosecuted. If evidence has shown you were innocent, we thank God for it and that should end it. You're even lucky, unlike those who was wrongfully convicted and served 14 years in prison. Even in the US, people get wrongfully jailed only for their innocence to be established decades later, by which time they become worn out or even get executed. In your police career, not all the people you've ever arrested and prosecuted would necessarily have committed the offence for which you took action against them. Thousands of ordinary Ghanaians unfortunately get wrongfully arrested, mistreated and even sometimes jailed because they can't hire lawyers to defend them or get political foot soldiers to spin for them. It's unfortunate but that's the rule of law. Nobody targeted you with any prefabricated charges as you're going about claiming. Else, all police officers of your rank; even those of your political persuasion would have been arrested and prosecuted. I'm happy the rule of law has served you well. Let it end there.
