Leadership is very important in football just as in any organization driven by team. Captains are chosen leaders in a football team and always have role to play in the success of the team. These series of results shows that Ayaw is not a good leader for the team and should partly be blamed for black stars predicament.
Have you asked yourself why all of a sudden the black stars that finished 2nd in 2015, semi final in 2017 and round of 16 in 2019(during controversial captain change) is now struggling to even qualify from the group stage after a change of captain?
Let's put emotions aside and analyse it as it is.

Unfortunately for Dede when he became blackstars captain out useless GFA kept employing sankwaas coaches or coaches that they can impose their players on. Like Ottoo Addo. Dede Ayew has no hand in anything. Also all the bogus fake prophets who instead of paying attention to the eord of God, rather decide to indulge in blackstars affairs. They bring bad aura and bad luck to the team and cause key players to make unpadonable errors. Im sure if we ask Iniaki why he took a ball all the way to from the center back to his goalkeeper when he vouldve just kicked it to throw immediately. If we ask him he will say he dosent know what made him do that. At Bilbao he never send a ball back so why do so in BS?

Dede Ayew's predecessors from kwesi Appiah, ck ajunor to Assmoah Gyan' had first class top players from goal keeping to #11 and on the bench.
These players were world wide known, all them were first starters in their respective clubs , so no country wanted to be paired with Ghana, however that is not same for Dede, he is unlucky for now, his squad is not like his predecessors and the game in continent has improved, no more under dig or superior country
