If they were going to use the money to acquire equipment to measure emissions from our vehicles and enforce a certain level, perhaps I could understand but you and I know, they don't even have equipment to measure emissions when we go for our road worthiness tests, nor would they even want to know what these emission levels from our cars are. How will this tax improve emission levels of from vehicles in Ghana?

Moreover u are the MCE, educate the people on the need to use cleaner engines and tell them what the government is doing to help ensure that renewable sources of fuel and support to use cleaner engines are. U don’t hold a kids legs and still ask him to run. Provide the means and support.
