If it's true, then they have really amassed wealth, but that wealth amassed shall be a great curse to them. It's even said that they've hijacked the central bank and try to confiscate people's monies being transferred to them in the country, and when they try to put a ban on the money, you only negotiate with them, for them to be given a certain percentage be fire your money is released to you.
