But the buck stops with the president. Why has he not been replaced by competent and brainy members of the NPP? Your guess is good as mine.

  The president is alleged to have said that Ken financed his campaign when others lost faith in his presidential bid so he won't fire him. In other words, the president chose the prosperity of an individual over that of the millions of Ghanaians that voted for him. The very Ghanaians he took an oath to serve and better their living conditions.
