Even bills that have paid so far don't appear in their records, but the over billing amount do appear.

ECG, what happens customers who have been over billed, by estimated bills ? Over billing has become a nuisance. Stop your azar ways. When there is competition you will see your smoothness level.

Stop that move and give them prepaid meters. Many of those meters are faulty. Why do you work with faulty meters when prepaid meters can solve all these problems. This is backward.

I have pre paid but I am facing the same challenges. Last year when that happened for a while and I kept on adding, one night at 23:30 my lights went out , I checked my neighborhood and their lights were on, thanks to that 24/ECG vendor on line I was able to top up, otherwise I would have been in the dark.
I am not sure the money will go to the government when this instance billing is institute. I will give ECG the benefit of the doubt.

I hope this will address over billing. Secondly, the payment into platform has been a big relief. Keep it up ECG.

I am not sure ECG does exactly what they preach. For a whole month and over now, I have been going to your office for simple capture of my newly installed meter in to the system for instant billing so as to avoid estimation of bills.
I have gone there on three occasions with videos of readings on the meter together with other documents and I was told the capturing has been done but till today, anytime I try to effect payment on the app, I am told my account is not in the database.
How can you be preaching something but doing otherwise.

So ECG admits that they have been over billing us and instead of they striking the balances in settling the matter, they are introducing bullshit.

If the meter readers are not competent, ECG management knows better what to do.

Going to spend extra cash to procure spot billing system we all know is not the solution.

We will be here in the near future procuring another system to solve the inadequate spot billing system.

God bless our homeland Ghana.

You really need to work on it fast before you send people into depression. Going forward provide us prepaid meters

less or more and as a retiree I have to budget. Other. times I was told my meter will have to be changed, well it's almost a year now. At least once a week there will be lights out for 12-14 hours.
