ECG, what happens customers who have been over billed, by estimated bills ? Over billing has become a nuisance. Stop your azar ways. When there is competition you will see your smoothness level.
Y not issue prepaid meters

Stop that move and give them prepaid meters. Many of those meters are faulty. Why do you work with faulty meters when prepaid meters can solve all these problems. This is backward.

In that case, what will happen to those who have paid the estimated bill which is more than the they have consume.? Are their monies going to be refund or credited to their account?
I hope this will address over billing. Secondly, the payment into platform has been a big relief. Keep it up ECG.

I want to ask why it's very difficult to attain a new service from ECG.
