Too many jokers commenting.
The farmers there don't rely on PFJ fertilizer simply cos it's erratic and also because it is given to party members to sell and they always smuggle it to Burkina for higher sales.

Maize production has in fact reduced over the past 3 years because of the high cost of fertilizer which has increased to nearly 4x the price 4 years ago

All the money collected should be reinvested to address the amenities. After that it will be all profit for municipal to spend on the broader area.
