I pray his February 7 address do not contain unrealistic promises but sincere and humble apologies to the Ghanaian public. In one breath he says “the VP position in Ghana, apart from standing in when the president is away (and he can’t make any serious decisions), it is totally powerless”. In another breath he says “he has been the best VP ever”.

My question is: if he was that powerless, as Kofi Bentil wants us to believe, how then has he been the best VP? What has he done if he was that powerless. A totally powerless man can’t do anything!

Ghanaians will measure Bawumia on his performance against his numerous lectures held while in opposition. Any attempt to exonerate or whitewash Bawumia from this abysmal NPP government will not wash. Was he ignoramous when he was making pronouncements during opposition? Bawumia is part and parcel of this shambolic NPP government. Period!
